I am entering my credit card details, when will I pay? The payment of the deposit is processed right at the time of the booking however the balance (as stated above) will only be processed after you provide the payment method again closer to the date.
How can I pay my balance? The balance is paid by clicking the link on the email we will send you
or by calling us in advance if you like on + 353 1 201 3660.
Can I pay for my entertainer in advance? As soon as you confirm your booking your can choose to pay the balance right away or closer to the date - It's totally up to you! As long as full payment is made before the date of the event.
Can I pay for my entertainer with a different credit card than the one used to make the reservation? Yes, closer to the date if you haven't volunteered payment already, we will get in touch so you can provide us with a method of payment for the Balance.
Where do I see what my total bill is? Total prices are clearly visible on your booking form and a record of all deposits and balances are also sent by email.
How do I know my booking is confirmed? Once booking is made and your payment processed you shall receive a detailed booking confirmation via email.
Do we need to pay a deposit or a payment in advance? Yes, 10% of the total price is required, to confirm your booking, and the final 90% balance is due by date of event.
What is included in the price? The Price covers the hire of the Silent Disco Kit: number of required headsets for the day in questions, spare batteries and two transmitters.

Can I change my order?
If you wish to change your order once it has been processed, you will need to contact our Customer Services department by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change my reservation? For any changes to your booking please contact email@example.com our lovely team will guide you through this process. Please note that changing some aspects of the booking might have additional cost inherent.
If I need to cancel my booking will I pay a cancellation fee? The cancellation fee is simply the non refundable 10% deposit for your booking.
How do I know that my booking has been cancelled? Once you have cancelled your entertainers booking you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check your inbox and all spam or junk mail folders. If you don’t receive an email please contact us immediately.

How can I make a special request?
During the booking process you can enter any special requests into the ‘Special Requests’ box page. Once you have received your booking confirmation you can follow-up with us anytime directly to confirm that we can meet your request. Please try do this seven days before your booking date.
